1. Who are we?

dugga interior is an online homeware store that interests those with a wordly taste and an eye for design. From chic, luxury living to bold daring drama, our Home Accessories range has a style to suit you and help you build your dream home. Our exclusive range of home accessories will add another dimension to your dream house, delight and surprise your guests with an ambience they will always remember.

3. Did you receive the wrong product?

If your package didn’t arrive safe, sound, and in perfect condition please don’t worry. Send an email to our lovely customer service team at info@dugga-interior.com and reference your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP and resolve the issue!

5.When will my order arrive?

We start making your order and sending it out for delivery as soon as the order comes through our website. You should expect it to be delivered on your doorstep between 3 to 5 business days unless stated by our customer care representative. You will be sent an order confirmation email and you can use that to track your order by getting in touch with us at
  hello@dugga-interior.com .

2. How are the products delivered?

All of our products are securely packaged in our Dubai production facility and then handed over to our express shipping partners.

4. What is our refund policy?

If you aren’t happy with your product, you can return them within 14 days from the date the item arrived in your home. The full refund will be transferred back to your bank account. For more details on this See the Refund policy page.

6. When do we deliver?

All our deliveries are done between Monday and Friday (working days).
