In the event we ship the wrong item to you we will replace the item with the correct item or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you. In the event that the item supplied is defective, we will exchange the item for a new item or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you. In the event that the item supplied is damaged during the delivery process, we will replace the item for a new item or we will refund the purchase price and collect the item from you.

 All refunds will be made in AED using the original method of payment used to pay for the order.

All our products wall art are made to order therefore cancellation of any order or item on your order should be made as soon as possible after order placement. To cancel your order or any part of the order email info@dugga-interior.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to cancel.

PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY :

Each of our products wall art is made to order therefore we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in the event you ordered the wrong size item or wrong product. Any request for an exchange or refund is at our discretion, any request for a product return should be made within 14 days of delivery. if you wish to return an item please contact us at info@dugga-interior.com stating the reason you wish to return an item together with your original order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request and a member of our customer service team will contact you. Custom made types of goods and discounted items are exempt from being returned.

PRODUCT RETURN REFUNDS :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Customers who paid by cheque or cash as there original method of payment, will be refunded within 14 days. Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dugga-interior.com .

SHIPPING :

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dugga-interior.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
